Project Description
Kiwi
Kiwis contain more vitamin C than many other fruits and are a good source of potassium. They also contain cholesterol reducing pectin, as well as amino acids, beta-carotene, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, phosphorus, manganese, vitamin A and are a low-fat source of vitamin E. Furthermore, they contain carbohydrates, proteins and very little fat. No surprise then that the kiwi is such a popular product.
Our green kiwis are flavour bombs! Wonderfully sweet, full of juice and easy to eat when ripe. They are available all year round, transported from various locations across the globe.

Vitamin K is good for strong bones and clean blood vessels.
